Shipping

We ship all orders from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times (Australia):

  • Metro areas: 3–5 business days

  • Regional areas: delivery times may vary slightly

Shipping costs:

  • Free shipping on orders over $55 AUD

  • Shipping costs for orders below the threshold are shown at checkout

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Returns & Refunds

Change of mind

We offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind returns on unopened and unused items (excluding sale items).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened and unused

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Faulty or incorrect items

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly supplied

you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with the ACL.

In these cases:

  • We cover the return shipping costs

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Our team will guide you through the return process

Money Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Nagelati.

That’s why we offer a Money Back Guarantee on one used nail set per order if you are not satisfied.
All other items in the order must remain unopened to qualify.

How to start a return

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
